Orientation Print
Welcome to the Vietnamese Language Course! The first to be held here in New Zealand.

We're glad you could find your way to this part of the website. You'll find the lessons uploaded here each week.

This past Saturday, 1st March 2014, we had Orientation.

First up we had an introductory talk by Michael, the coordinating instructor. You can find the notes here.

We then had an introduction to the Vietnamese group by Johnny Gamble, the Group Overseer and Contact Elder for the class. Read the notes here.

The students then had an opportunity to introduce themselves to their classmates. Have a read about our new students here.

Michael then gave a concluding talk with some helpful reminders about personal spirituality and making a success of the class. He gave out same great handouts to help us get into the right frame of mind for the class. The class also received the class schedule and a reminder of what to bring each week.
To round out Orientation day we had a group photo and some delicious Vietnamese food!
