• See http://mail.google.com/support/ take your time learning the potential for collaboration and communication that we have made available.
• EMAIL: We have an internal email address that you can use to email all the students at once. This is very helpful if you need help, or have something to share with us all. Once you are all setup we will email you this.
• CHAT: You can "chat"/type live to other students if they are online at the same time as you. Please see the following links for more details: Turorial and Help.
• Documents: More information and tutorials on this feature is available here and here. Any documents you create are stored online so you can access from anywhere, and you also have the ability (if you wish) to share these with fellow students/instructors.
• Vietnamese Characters: All these online resources support Vietnamese characters as well as English.
