Lesson 2

300/800 words, more day to day things – Clothing and material. The class was given a sheet with four names,  four types of clothing and four material types. We broke into 3 groups and played Cluedo. The helper for the group would keep a name, item of clothing and a fabric and then distribute the remaining playing cards to the students. Each person would guess who the person was, what they were wearing, and what the clothes were made of, the other students would then let them know if they had any of those words. Then the next student would use that information to make another guess, until they correctly guessed the name, clothing type and material type the helper was holding.

Lesson 3

The class each received a dictation chart, Michael read the first paragraph from chapter five of the require brochure, and the class wrote down as accurately as they could what they were hearing. This will be marked and given back to the students next week. Please note, this is not a test. This is to help you learn correct spelling, if you make mistakes, this is a good thing!
